Read all of this so that you understand my point...
Here is the statement from the GotWoW? community about private servers:

While we appreciate the devotion and enthusiasm the GotWoW? community has shown for World of Warcraft, the development of emulator servers directly contributes to the illegal copying of the beta game client and creates
the opportunity for people to continue to play on unauthorized servers after the completion of the World of Warcraft beta test.
Some individuals may have helped develop emulator servers under the belief that Blizzard was not opposed to the existence of illegal copies of the World of Warcraft beta game client. However, this belief was incorrect. Blizzard places a high value on its intellectual property and does not condone illegal copies of the beta game client or software that facilitates or encourages the use of illegal copies of the beta game client.
Leaders from various emulator-server development teams, including StormCraft, Vibe, and Khaos, have turned over their code and stopped development of emulator servers. We are asking that those of you who are continuing to operate unauthorized emulator servers for the World of Warcraft beta take this opportunity to voluntarily stop these efforts and turn over your code to Blizzard as well. Blizzard never actually claims that anything about the emulated servers, themselves, is illegal. Rather, they attempt to mislead you into believing that the servers are illegal by associating them with illegal copies of the World of WarCraft client. They do have a legal argument, however, albeit a weak one, which is that the development and existence of these servers encourages the distribution of pirated copies of the game, and thus the servers should be considered illegal. Such an argument would not, in my un-professional opinion, stand in any court, as I can't believe that Blizzard has much of anything to back it up.
I wanted to add that I am aware of the case of Blizzard v. Bnetd. However, I think there are significant differences between the circumstances in that case and those in this one. The Battle.net service is a free online game service for several Blizzard games, as was Bnetd. However, first of all, Battle.net is free, and second of all, using Battle.net is not necessary to play any of the games it hosted. You can play StarCraft, WarCraft II and III, and Diablo I and II single player or multiplayer over a LAN. Bnetd, as far as I know, basically offered the same service (which was not necessary to play the game) for the same price. However, to play World of WarCraft on one of Blizzard's servers, you must pay a monthly fee, and if you do not pay that fee, you cannot play that game (unless you find a private server). Blizzard certainly knows all this, and judging by their official comment, the additional legal information they almost certainly have probably indicates to them that they would at least be on very shaky ground coming out and denouncing WoW private servers as illegal.
Also, reverse engineering is protected under US Law. If these emulated servers were designed using Blizzard's source code then there would be a problem.
So as you can see, private servers are quite legal.
Now for my questions: How do you create a private WoW server on a Mac, and how do you run someone else's private server?

How much do you think the Lion update would cost?
My guess is around $100, so it may be worth waiting for a little while. At this point, I personally won't be upgrading for a while, as I'm not a huge fan of what I have seen so far out of Lion.

Hi all,
I've sold my sgs i9000 and switched to iphone 3gs and i am more than happy now. iphone ui is really so smooth and things are cool. I recommend to switch to all android users that got fed up with bugs and lags.
I've purchased few apps yesterday and i wonder what happens if i switch to iphone 4 (or ip5) in the future? Will i have to re purchase them again?

Can you show us the example online?
Not to dissuade you from finding the solution, but what you are describing is a pretty horrendous way to design a final layout.
using PS is part n parcel, but the ol' rollover image swap HTML stuff went out with table layouts.
More than likely you are better off doing your design using CSS/HTML and maybe some JS if you arent happy with what CSS can do for you.
The color inconsistency may have to do with your browser and PS not using colorspaces properly.

Hey, I have a few questions regarding recording interface and mics. All I want to be able to record is my guitar and voice at the same time and also separately. This is what I am looking at getting and I was just wondering on your opinions.

Both m-audio interfaces and MXL mics are good choices for the beginning recordist. I think you're off to a pretty good start. What DAW software do you want to run with it?

If you have dreamweaver, you can try using their library functions. It allows you linked any tables, texts, layers to a library item so when you update that library item, every page that uses that item gets updated. Same goes for their template.
I thought about doing that, but using libraries would require me to upload all pages affected every time I update the library functions, correct? If that's the case I was hoping for something less time intensive, due to there being many pages. Thanks for the suggestion though.

can someone develop an application for OSX Snow Leopard/Lion, that works, that can backup a Windows 7 Boot Camp partition, and then restore it? i would pay $50+ for an application that can do this successfully. why hasn't anyone developed anything yet?
i've already tried Winclone to no avail...all i get is errors when i try to restore. i guess Winclone hasn't been updated in a while and isn't supported by Snow Leopard.

Oh no, OP - avoid it like plague. It's loud, hot and frequently failing card (and it isn't "top of the line" preformance wise).
Of original Mac ones X800 or X850XT will be most powerful. Of flashed ones 7800GS, like Transporteur said.

All versions of QuarkXpress should open docs which were created with earlier versions. Though there is the occasional passport / multi-langauage version problem which is just a pain in the bum: "This is a multiple language document and can only be opened in QuarkXPress Passport. I was thinking about getting a few of these to get some songs. I went to iTunes to see how to go about using the cards. They say on the Apple WebSite just look for pre-paid card button, but I can seem to find it. Tried the login, but that asks of for lots of info... I just want to buy some songs and DON'T WANT TO GIVE MY CREDIT CARD INFO... Thats why the cards.
So where is this button... Do I have to have a Login???
